Instructions for covering a book

1. Cut clear adhesive contact paper about 11/4” inches larger than the book.
   
   
2. Cut a 1” triangle off each corner.
   
   
3. Stick the triangles to the table while you cover the book.
   
   
4. Place the book on the contact paper.
   
   
5. Cut away a triangle at the top and bottom of the spine
   
   
6. Remove the contact paper backing
   
   
7. Lay the front cover on the contact paper; press out wrinkles
   
   
8. Fold the contact paper over the back cover; press out wrinkles
   
   
9. Fold down the top, bottom and sides of the contact paper
   
   
10. Use the triangle pieces to reinforce the corners of the book
    
    
11. Discard the triangle pieces cut from the top and bottom of the spine
