What You Need:
• Oilcloth (or similar fabric)
• We used an 11x17 inch rectangle
• Pinking shears
• Hole-punch
• Ribbon (around 48 inches)

Step 1: Use the pinking shears to cut the oilcloth into an 11x17 inch rectangle. (You can make the rectangle bigger or smaller depending on what would be comfortable for you.) |

Step 2: Fold the rectangle in half. |

Step 3: Make a hole-punch through both layers of fabric about one inch from the edge. |

Step 4: Cut the ribbon into two 24-inch pieces. |

Step 5: Thread about two inches of one ribbon through the hole and tie a knot. Repeat with the other ribbon anad second hole. |
