Step 1: Cut the solid colored paper to 5x8 inches.

Step 2: Glue the paper onto the clipboard.

Step 3: Cut out individual patterns from the second sheet of paper.

Step 4: Glue each pattern onto the solid paper.

Step 5: Place a sheet of clear contact paper over the front of the clipboard to protect the paper.

Try these variations!
• Instead of using patterned paper, you could glue favorite photographs or pictures onto the solid piece of paper. Stickers would work well also.
• Use markers to create your own design on the solid piece of paper.
