Step 1:

On a clean workspace gather a balloon (not a water balloon, they break too easily), a funnel, a spoon, and some flour.

Step 2:

Attach the opening of a balloon to the funnel and scoop flour into it. Knead the balloon to get the flour past the skinny part down to the bottom of the balloon. This is the hard part.

Step 3:

Fill the balloon as full as possible. Remove the funnel and tie the balloon, making sure to get out all the air before making the knot.

Step 4:

Decorate the faces with eyes, hair, ribbons, sparkles, etc. to make it uniquely your own.
