Step 1:

Place the snowflake on the pattern into a plastic bag.

Step 2:

With fabric paint, trace the shape of the snowflake onto the plastic bag. Sprinkle with glitter. Let dry.

Step 3:

Peel from the baggie and stick it on your window!
