Steps:

1. Tape the candies together end to end.
   
2. Cut a small piece of ribbon.
   
3. Tie the ribbon around the tape between two candies. (This helps disguise the tape and helps the necklace look more festive.)
   
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have finished the entire necklace.
