Erica has a heart for children. A few Christmas’ ago, Erica only asked for fleece fabric so she could begin making blankets and delivering them to sick children in local hospitals. She wanted to give the kids something cozy and comfortable to show them that they were loved, even in a hospital.

“Some kids don’t even have something comforting with them while surrounded by machinery, operations, and bad news,” said Erica. “These children are so brave and I want to give them something to love.”

Since that first Christmas, Erica has continued to collect donations for fleece fabric that she makes into different hats and blankets! Erica even started her own non-profit called “Little e, Big WE,” that has raised over $500 this year to buy fleece for the blankets.
