Typically offered to girls in ninth through twelfth grades, the CIT program allows girls who have completed the various levels of GEMS to continue on in the ministry and develop strong leadership skills.

Each year, GEMS chooses a specific passage of Scripture for girls to explore during the season. The Annual Theme is woven throughout the year in a variety of ways including a badge study, a theme night, and lessons in both SHINE brightly and Sparkle which helps girls learn how to apply the theme to their lives. Multiple activities including Bible lessons, devotionals, songs, creative movements, games, crafts, and service projects are all developed in an effort to make the theme relevant and applicable to girls.
